Ann Arbor Handyman Job Examples

The question often comes up – what types of jobs do handymen do?

Here are some examples of handyman tasks I have right now that I’m looking to have done:

1. Replace a broken light switch.

2. Replace a broken bath fan switch.

3. Replace a kitchen faucet.

4. Fix the washers on a bathroom faucet.

5. Fix the drain controls in two bathtubs.

6. Fix some insulating gaskets on the front door.

These types of jobs each would take between about twenty minutes and two hours. This is the kind of thing that handymen like to tackle in Ann Arbor, probably everywhere.

Thoughts on Choosing an Ann Arbor Handyman

If you are going to hire a handyman there are some fundamental things you want to know.

First, has the person been successful helping other people with their handyman chores.

Second, are they good people or criminals hoping to get into your house to steal your stuff and murder you. (That may be a slight exaggeration but hopefully you get the point.)

Third is the handyman’s ability to fix what you need fixed.

Finally fourth is the cost.

Put these things all together and what you need is probably a referral from someone you know for a good handyman. If a referral isn’t available, maybe a good website with information on the candidate’s qualifications and testimonials from his or her past customers.

That is all coming soon here at AnnArborHandyman.info!
